Obituary
Dear
racing car friends,
The
Federation of Modelcar sport of Russia is sad to announce that on 9 August
2010, at the age of 61, our friend and comrade Alexander Karpuzikov has
unexpectedly passed away.
His
name is associated with many glorious moments and events in the history of
tether car racing. He is known for the elegant design of his models –
“Karpuzikov Style”, for his beautiful victories, and European and
world records.
Our
good friend and comrade devoted himself up until the last days of his life
to our common hobby – tether car racing.
The
memory of him will forever remain in our hearts.
